Our friendly home is situated in the village of Grolloo. Grolloo is a small village with approximately 800 inhabitants.  The village is in rural surroundings, in the midst of woods and farmland. The peacefulness and the vastness of nature reflect in the atmosphere of the village.Grolloo is also a special village with its statue of Harry Muskee and a museum about this appealing musician, its village church and attractive monuments referring to history and of course ´Grolloërholt´, which in ancient times was a place of justice. Grolloo is also a village where you can find good food. You will find the supermarket run by José, the café/restaurant Hofsteenge run by John. Typical for Grolloo is a small shop called ‘t Grolloërdeel' where you can find farm products and can rent bicycles. Grolloo is at the crossroads of many wonderful walking and biking routes. You can also visit the climbing park, swimming park or one of the many leisure activities at Outdoor Grolloo. Grolloo is a dazzling village with lots of activities.
