Sauna

This infrared sauna is a combination of far infrared waves and medium infrared waves. The far infrared waves heat your body at the outside. The medium infrared waves, however, penetrates deeper and heats the muscles and gives relaxation. Using the sauna is pleasant and beneficial for your health. Some of the advantages:

We advise you to take a shower before using the sauna in order to stimulate sweating.
